Para esta edición de Proton, decidí invitar a un viejo y gran amigo para hacer equipo. José Alberto Ugalde, conocido en los bajos fondos como "El Uguis". "Uguis" es un fan de los cómics y además es un talentoso dibujante, cuyo estilo particular lleno de dinamismo he admirado desde hace muchos años. Recuerdo largas charlas en la preparatoria, donde imaginábamos algún día poder inmiscuirnos en el medio del comic y dedicarnos a ello. Bueno, pues "Uguis" derrochó talento y realizó el dibujo y las tintas para la Portada "C" del número 2 de "Proton: Escape de Nasok" y su servidor se encargó ponerle color y fondo.

Ha sido un honor para mi y para el proyecto contar con esta colaboración y sinceramente espero que sea la primera de muchas.

For this Proton issue, I decided to invite a great old friend to team up. José Alberto Ugalde, known in the underworld as "El Uguis" is a great fan of comics and is also a talented artist, whose particular style full of dynamism I have admired for many years. I remember long talks in high school, where we imagined one day we could get involved in the comic book world and could make a career of it. Well, "Uguis" outdid himself and made the drawing and inks for Cover "C" of "Proton #2: Escape from Nasok" and I was in charge of adding color and background.

It has been an honor for me and for the project to have this collaboration and I sincerely hope it will be the first of many.
